Real Estate Advisory

Real estate guidance shaped by decades of ownership and execution.

How We Work

Our advisory work is grounded in direct ownership, development, and operating experience. We work alongside clients as thought partners—helping evaluate opportunities, pressure-test assumptions, and navigate decisions as conditions change.

Most engagements are situation-specific. They are shaped by each client’s objectives, constraints, and existing frameworks.

We’re comfortable engaging at different levels—from working through a specific asset or transaction to advising across broader portfolios and longer-term plans.

When Clients Engage Us

Clients engage us at different points—often when they want help making sense of existing assets, future decisions, or how everything fits together.

  • When real estate holdings have grown over time but haven’t been looked at holistically

  • When owners feel disconnected from day-to-day performance despite professional management

  • When it’s unclear whether assets are positioned appropriately for current conditions

  • When evaluating whether to hold, reposition, sell, or reinvest

  • When life events prompt a closer look at ownership, structure, or next steps

What Our Advisory Is (and Isn’t)

Advisory at RealNet is about applying experience and judgment to real decisions—often where tradeoffs are initially unclear and outcomes matter significanly.

We do not replace legal, tax, or accounting advisors. We work alongside them, helping ensure real estate decisions align with broader objectives.

Connection to Investing

In some cases, advisory relationships evolve into investment or development partnerships. In others, they remain advisory only.

We are comfortable with both, and roles are always made explicit.

Our advisory perspective is informed by the same discipline we apply to our own capital.
